A CAUTIONARY TALE: After having my tank pumped for about 19 years I called Ralph's company- within 15 seconds his serviceman informed me my septic tank access was in the wrong place, and I had only been having 1/2 my tank pumped for 19 years. Not one of the many other companies I have used over this time was smart enough to notice this, or bother to inform me - it was cheaper for them to only pump 1/2 the tank. This doubtless contributed to my leachfield failing. Ralph had a new one installed in 2 days, no mess or fuss, at much lower cost than I had been quoted in the past.
