  1. Our band Soulstice ( of Vicky and Chris Speer ) has for some years performed at a number of local fundraising charity events. These are a lot of fun, give a chance to be involved in our community, and have good food, drink, and most importantly, dancing!
upcoming dates are: 5/19/2012 National Dance Institute- which produces many school programs- at the Hiland Theater in Albuquerque,
6/23/2012 First Serve New Mexico- Foundation for NM school programs – at local private home, 7/21/2012 New Mexico Children’s Foundation – Scottish Rite Temple Santa Fe,
10/13/2012 St. Vincents Gala – Eldorado Hotel Santa Fe.
If you would like to support any of these local community causes and need further information you can call Chris or Vicky at 986 5882

Please join Michael Waldron and Willem Malten of the Cloud Cliff Bakery for a gourmet supper and stimulating conversation at a fundraising dinner for the

    Los Alamos Study Group!

This fun and educational event will take place at the lovely Santa Fe home and garden of Michael Waldron and Chantal Combes, 316 E Buena Vista St. (map), on Wed, June 20th, at 6 PM. Michael and Willem will be our chefs, and will prepare a five-course Middle Eastern dinner in honor of all our brother and sister activists of Tahrir Square. A $100 minimum donation per individual is requested, which includes dinner and drinks.

After dinner we will have a presentation by Greg Mello of the Study Group, followed by a group discussion of some of the most critical issues facing New Mexico, and its necessary transition towards an environmentally sustainable and just future.

This evening will give plenty of opportunity to meet face to face with the terrific team members of the Study Group who will be available throughout the evening.

This promises to be an exciting
