This is Brent, the person struck by the motorcycle.
Just wanted to let the community know that I'm on the mend. Luckily no broken bones, though it appeared at first there might be. I have multiple soft tissue injuries that are healing.
Thank you to the Tano community for getting the word out about these criminals. These are definitely dangerous men who could have peacefully taken the hint that illegal, reckless driving on our roads for "sport" is not acceptable. Instead, in full protective gear they cowardly used a motor vehicle to run me down from behind and rob us, committing multiple felony crimes.
Thank you to the Tano community for your vigilance in helping to try and keep this element out of our community for all our safety. The officer who responded said that the more reports of illegal and suspicious activity they get, the more they will increase patrols of our area. Don't think that your reports are trivial!
Thank you to the Tano Security Patrol, who I have seen patrolling where this incident took place. Weekends may be prime time for this type of behavior, as it was this past weekend and in previous weekends.
This incident has only strengthened our resolve to guard against and eliminate criminals, and those that would disrupt the peace, from our community.

On our street driving back home today Saturday around 2:15 PM, at the end of Estrellas de Tano, we passed a motorcyclist with no license plate wearing a helmet with a Jason mask going very slowly. He could have been checking homes out, but the mask made it eerie and sinister. Nothing was taken from the house, but we have dogs. Be careful.
