Santa Fe County Needs Citizens to Serve on the County Open Land, Trails, and Parks Advisory Committee (COLTPAC)

Santa Fe County has openings for Citizens to serve on the County Open Land, Trails and Parks Advisory Committee (COLTPAC).  COLTPAC members are volunteers appointed by the Board of County Commissioners to assist in further developing the County’s Open Space and Trails Program.   COLTPAC members advise the County on:

  • Potential acquisition projects,
  • Open space and trails planning and management,
  • Implementation of the County Open Lands and Trails Plan.

Applicants should be enthusiastic, experienced, and comfortable working in a consensus building environment.  COLTPAC holds evening public meetings at least once a month, on the third Thursday of the month, in Santa Fe.

Volunteers are need from Commission DISTRICT 2.  If you would like to be considered for an appointment, please send a letter which outlines your qualifications and interests in serving as well as a resume to:
